2. Injectors
Yesterday accelerating full speed from highway paytoll i had an abrupt drop in power like the engine is running out of gas or injectors aren't firing at all. Today, i pulled out the spark plugs, three were drenched with gazoline the fourth one was dry. When i crank the engine, there are no sparks, i place a tissue on the top of each of the injector holes and the 3 that were drenched in gazoline leap out, however the 4th stays shut. I tested the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30, and 48/55. I found zero ohm. So i assume the problem is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID without success. The car will start when the G28 is unplugged, and it works fine when the G28 plugged in. However, the intermittent misfire problem persists at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for the coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature value of that is -49c even after unplugging it. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar while the actual pressure is zero.
I'm not sure what to do, i feel i have pretty much ruled out everything else. I'm worried that i might have missed something. Let me know If you have any suggestions! TIA!
